Razer has unveiled the Razer Reclusa Mini 65%, a wireless hot-swappable magnetic gaming keyboard aimed at enthusiasts who want a compact board that performs well straight out of the box while remaining fully customizable. This new model joins the existing Reclusa X counterpart, bringing Hall Effect magnetic switches, adjustable actuation, Rapid Trigger, and tri-mode connectivity to a 65% form factor.
Razer Reclusa Mini 65%
“Sound and feel come first,” said Razer regarding the Reclusa Mini 65%’s design. Razer Hall Effect Magnetic Switches define the feel, while an IXPE switch foam sheet, PPS plate, lubricated stabilizers, and dual-layer silicone dampening work together to deliver “a full, clean, clacky sound and a plush bottom-out” feel, no modding required.
On the performance side, the keyboard supports adjustable actuation from 0.1mm to 4.0mm, letting users tune each key individually for competitive gaming or everyday typing. Rapid Trigger enables faster repeated inputs, and Advanced Input Control covers Snap Tap, Snap Flex, and Dual-Keypress Priority for tighter control during fast-paced gameplay. Six onboard profiles keep each configuration stored directly on the board.
Connectivity is handled through tri-mode support: HyperSpeed Wireless at 2.4 GHz for low-latency gaming, Bluetooth for switching between up to three devices, and wired via USB Type-C for true 8,000Hz polling. A multi-function dial on the board allows quick adjustments to brightness, volume, and other settings on-the-fly.
The hot-swappable PCB supports magnetic switches, making it straightforward to change switches as preferences evolve; a 2-in-1 keycap and switch puller is included in the box. South-facing RGB LEDs maintain compatibility with a wider range of enthusiast keycaps, while doubleshot ABS keycaps in a tri-tone design resist fading.
The Razer Reclusa Mini 65% is priced at RM569 (more than double of what the Reclusa X offers) and is available now at Razer.com and RazerStores, with availability at local retailers coming soon.
Pokdepinion: The Reclusa X still sounds like one hell of a deal for someone who wants a ready-made custom board to get going.
