COLORFUL Introduces CVN ICICLE DDR5-6600 CL34 Memory, Designed For Overclockers
The XMP 3.0 module has been verified to push past DDR5-10000 in extreme overclocking runs.
COLORFUL today announces the new CVN ICICLE DDR5-6600 CL34 memory with overclockers and enthusiasts in mind. This XMP 3.0 module, which operates at 1.4V, features a ribbed heatsink design to increase surface area for heat dissipation with ARGB lightbar on top that sync with mainstream RGB protocols from brands such as ASUS, MSI, ASRock and GIGABYTE.
The Hynix A-die memory chips used on this particular model is said to be “capable of reaching impressive overclock speeds with superb stability”, and for that the company has overclocking runs to prove it. The overclocking team over at COLORFUL has managed to achieve validated speeds as high as DDR5-10708:
The CVN ICICLE DDR5-6600 CL34 will be sold in kits of 2 (totaling 32GB) with the MSRP of $105 (~RM468). The product is expected to see retail release in Q2 2023, with 3 years of warranty provided.
