PNY CS2142 M.2 2230 SSD Launching In Malaysia, Up To 2TB Capacity
Fusion Tech Supply Sdn Bhd (FTSMY) is announcing the launch of the PNY CS2142 compact SSD in Malaysia – the SSD comes with an M.2 2230 form factor with PCIe 4.0 x4 interface. The company says these drives are best suited for handheld consoles such as Steam Deck, ROG Ally, and Lenovo Legion Go.
In terms of pricing, the 1TB variant of the CS2142 will cost RM439; whereas the 2TB variant is priced at RM875. In terms of specs, the drives are rated for sequential read speeds up to 5,000MB/s, and sequential write speeds up to 3,200MB/s. All models comes with standard 5-year limited warranty borne by Fusion Tech Supply Sdn Bhd (provided the yellow sticker is shown on the packaging).
The latest addition completes PNY’s portfolio of PCIe 3.0/4.0 SSDs covering budget to high-end systems, featuring the CS1031, CS2241 and XLR8 CS3140. They’re now available in Lowyat Plaza KL, nationwide PC builders and online retailers.
