Evo Singapore 2027, the inaugural Southeast Asian edition of the Evolution Championship Series, has officially opened player registrations and ticket sales ahead of the event scheduled for 15 to 17 January 2027 at Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre in Singapore.
Evo Singapore 2027: What To Expect
The event marks the first time Evo, the world’s largest and longest-running open-invite fighting game festival, will be held in Southeast Asia. Five titles is available for competing players to earn a share of a minimum guaranteed prize pool of US$125,000 – titles include Street Fighter 6, TEKKEN 8, MARVEL Tokon: Fighting Souls, Guilty Gear -Strive-, and Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising.
Alongside the main Evo tournament, the event will also host the TEKKEN World Tour 2026 Global Finals, which carries a separate prize pool of US$300,000. The Global Finals schedule begins with group stages on 14 to 15 January, followed by a Last Chance Qualifier on 16 January, and concludes with the Final Bracket on 17 January. TEKKEN 8 at Evo Singapore will double as the Last Chance Qualifier for the Global Finals.
Beyond competitive play, Evo Singapore will host a range of community-focused activities throughout the weekend. An Evo Museum will feature an all-new History of TEKKEN World Tour exhibit, alongside an Evo Arcade Zone with both classic and modern cabinets. Flash tournaments covering legacy fighting game titles will also be held on-site.
Other attractions include the Evo Friday Night Showdown presented by Visa, player and developer meet-and-greet sessions, casual play areas, a cosplay exhibition, vendor booths with exclusive merchandise, and a Bring Your Own Community (BYOC) zone where attendees can run their own community tournaments in titles outside the official lineup.
The event will be streamed live globally on Twitch and YouTube, with up to 12 hours of daily coverage spanning Evo Pools through to Top 8, plus dedicated coverage of the TEKKEN World Tour 2026 Global Finals. Tickets for Evo Singapore 2027 are available at evosingapore.gg/tickets.
