Razer recently launched the Viper V2 Pro, an ultra-lightweight wireless competitive gaming mouse packed with unique innovations and collaboration with pro esports players. The Viper V2 Pro, which is more than 20% lighter than the Viper Ultimate, establishes a new benchmark for the competition with next-generation switches, improved battery life, and the new Focus Pro 30K Optical Sensor.

Razer’s new Focus Pro 30K Optical Sensor, which achieves a total resolution accuracy of 99.8 percent, is also introduced as part of the Viper V2 Pro. This new sensor has AI features like Smart Tracking, Motion Sync, and Asymmetric Cut-off for maximum performance. The Asymmetric Cut-off function now supports up to 26 granular levels of height modification, up from 3 in the previous version. With a broader range of customization, players can choose a lift-off and landing distance that is tailored to their playstyle.

The Viper V2 Pro has a more tactile feel and a longer click lifespan thanks to the new Razer Optical Mouse Switches Gen-3, which have no double-clicking difficulties and no debounce delay. These new switches have a click lifecycle of up to 90 million clicks, which increases the value proposition by more than 25% above the previous model switch’s lifespan.

Every feature of a gaming mouse is essential to an esports pro, even down to the amount of customization available to the user. The Viper V2 Pro is now USB-C rechargeable and includes a DPI control button on the bottom of the mouse, allowing for variable sensitivity without the need for software. Additional grip tapes pre-cut to the shape of the Viper V2 Pro, a Razer Speedflex charging cable, and a 2.4GHz HyperSpeed USB dongle extender are included in the package.
