GoPro Launches Three New HERO11 Black Models

GoPro’s latest offerings, HERO11 Black launches in Malaysia with three models: HERO11 Black, HERO11 Black Creator Edition and HERO11 Black Mini.

The HERO11 Black feature a 1/1.9″ sensor with 10-bit color video at up to 5.3K 60FPS, as well as 27-megapixel photos. Compared to standard 8-bit color which captures 16.7 million colors, 10-bit color is capable of capturing over 1 billion colors, enhancing image quality over previous GoPro models.

This new sensor also enables 8:7 aspect ratio for the largest vertical field-of-view ever on a GoPro – providing users with more scene captured vertically and the ability to crop for different aspect ratios in the GoPro Quik app – ideal for 9:16 vertical video, or 16:9 cinematic shots depending on your platform of choice.

HyperView provides the widest 16:9 field-of-view ever to a HERO camera, suitable for first-person-view of various activities; HyperSmooth 5.0 keeps your footage steady even in a full 360° camera rotation. Three new Night Effect Time Lapse presets allows users to capture star trails, light painting and vehicle light trails easily. TimeWarp 3.0 now captures in full 5.3K resolution; Easy and Pro mode lets users of different skill level capture the footage with the best settings or enabling maximum creative control. Enduro Battery now extends recording times up to 38% in HERO11 Black models under cold temperatures, which comes in-box with HERO11 Black and HERO11 Black Creator Edition or as a built-in battery for HERO11 Black Mini.

HERO11 Black Creator Edition also offers users with all the gear needed for content creation – it includes a battery grip with built-in buttons for one-handed camera control and over 4 hours of 4K recording per charge. Also included are optional directional microphone, external mic input, HDMI port for external display output, a high-power LED light and two cold shoe mounts for additional camera accessories. HERO11 Black Mini, on the other hand, offers the smaller, one-button design which provides maximum simplicity without sacrificing quality or performance.
