ASUS Malaysia Launches “4A Guarantee” After-Sales Service

In hopes to further improve the customer’s experience, ASUS Malaysia today announces the new “4A Guarantee” commitment that ensures the peace-of-mind for owners of ASUS products, through “assured build quality, after-sales service convenience, and comprehensive protection plans”.

So what exactly is “4A” stands for? First A – Assured Quality: the company touts its products capable of meeting the US military grade testing standards, making them able to last through long periods of usage in various environments. The second A stands for Always-on Support – round-the-clock support channels ready to assist the customers whenever needed.

Third A goes to All-around Coverage, as ASUS Malaysia offers over 300 drop-off points and an extensive support network in 80 countries across the world; and finally, Added-value Experience completes the fourth: customers can purchase extended warranty plans that covers accidental damages (and repair cost) on specific ASUS Premium Care (APC) packages, on top of the standard 2-year warranty that offers 1-year Perfect Warranty for one-time accidental damage repairs.

ASUS now offers customers to pick one of three APC packages to suit their needs – the 2-year Perfect Warranty Plus provides free repairs on accidental damages up to once per year; as for 3-year plans (which adds an additional year over the standard 2-year warranty), there’s either the Extended Warranty that covers one year of accidental damage protection (with ASUS covering 80% parts cost), or the new On-site service plan that provides local on-site service on top of what Extended Warranty already offers.
