With the recent launch of Qualcomm’s Snapdragon X series SoCs for laptops, various laptop OEMs are preparing their offerings to launch sometime later this year. Notably, ASUS has an official launch event dedicated to it, while other OEMs have mostly kept everything secret for now – but leakers have other ideas.

The first leak comes courtesy of WindowsReport which involves two new laptops from Dell: the Dell Inspiron 14 7441 Plus and Dell XPS 13 9345. The Inspiron was spotted via a Geekbench entry earlier featuring the Snapdragon X Elite X1E80100 – the second highest-end SKU of the lineup – with 12 cores (the Geekbench database seems to suggest this is an 8+4 core layout) at 3.42GHz clock speed, paired with 16GB of RAM (presumably LPDDR5X).

The second laptop, XPS 13 9345 is based on the XPS 13 Plus from 2023, which featured the Intel Core i7-1360P processor at the time. Specs surrounding this new model are less clear, though it’s safe to say that it’ll feature at least 16GB of RAM (ideally 32GB), and the CPU choice may come in both Intel and Qualcomm flavors – though the latter is more likely.
