HONOR to introduce new Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 smartphone
The news was unveiled on Qualcomm’s official Weibo account where it reveals that HONOR will release a new device to be powered by their Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC.
While it hasn’t reveal of what device it actually is, there is reports that it could be the HONOR Magic V, their first foldable smartphone.
We won’t be surprised however to see that it is actually a different smartphone model as they have released non-foldable flagships before in the form of the Magic3 series, which have used the previous Snapdragon 888 and Snapdragon 888+ chips.
