HONOR X7b 5G Launching On 22 April, Alongside Other Devices
HONOR Malaysia today announces that it will be bringing four new devices next week through the MAGICal Ria Raya event set on April 22, 2024. The launch lineup will feature the new HONOR Pad 9 5G, HONOR MagicBook X 16 laptop, HONOR X7b 5G smartphone, and the HONOR Band 9 smartwatch.
The headlining model of the upcoming launch should be the HONOR X7b 5G, which will serve as another budget smartphone for the Chinese smartphone maker. This model was previously announced as the 4G model – the upcoming 5G model will be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 6020 SoC, and comes packed with a massive 6,000mAh battery and a 108MP primary camera sensor.
Meanwhile, the HONOR Pad 9 was previously unveiled via the Magic6 series launch event – at the time, the company first launched the Wi-Fi variant, with the 5G version set to follow. This upcoming launch will introduce the 5G model to the Malaysian market, and it’ll feature 16GB of RAM, 256GB of storage, plus accessories including the HONOR Choice Pencil and Smart Bluetooth Keyboard for “near-PC experience.”
HONOR will also bring the new MagicBook X 16, although specs are unknown so far; alongside that is HONOR Band 9 smartwatch will also be introduced next week, and based on the published specs, it should come with a 1.57-inch display, 14 days of battery life, and 5ATM liquid submersion capability.
