Acer Brings Swift Go 14 To Malaysia, Now With Intel Core Ultra

Acer Malaysia today announces the launch of the refreshed Swift Go 14, now with Intel’s latest Meteor Lake-based Core Ultra processor and onboard Arc Graphics. The laptop is available with up to Core Ultra 9 185H processor, with battery life rated for 12.5 hours on a single charge. The chip is coupled with up to 1TB PCIe 4.0 SSD as well as up to 32GB of LPDDR5X RAM.

Elsewhere, the Swift Go 14 comes equipped with either an FHD+ 16:10 IPS touch panel, or the 2.8K 16:10 OLED panel, the latter of which features 500 nit peak brightness, 100% DCI-P3 color gamut, and VESA DisplayHDR True Black 500 certification. In terms of I/O, you get a pair of Thunderbolt 4 ports, a USB-A port with offline charging, HDMI 2.1, and a microSD card reader. The chassis measures 14.9mm thick and tips the scales at 1.32kg.

Naturally, Acer is also bringing some of that AI magic sauce to this laptop, and there are two unique features: Acer LiveArt and Acer AlterView. The former is an image editor that can instantly remove backgrounds from images, useful for creating stickers; the latter, meanwhile, is a wallpaper creation tool that converts a 2D image into AI-generated 3D wallpaper with parallax effects. There’s also the PurifiedView AI that deals with processing for the onboard 1440p webcam, which comes with a privacy shutter built-in.
