OPPO Reno4 Series Now At Reduced Price From RM1,499

The folks at OPPO Malaysia today has revealed that they’ve cut the price of their OPPO Reno4 series starting from today, which you can get from the price of RM1,499.

In case you didn’t know, the OPPO Reno4 Series is OPPO’s midrange offering where they both come with a Snapdragon 720G chipset The camera setup is also the same with the duo coming with a quad camera setup that consists of a 48MP main camera, 8MP ultra-wide lens, 2MP macro shooter, and a 2MP depth sensor. Over at the front is a 32MP selfie shooter.

The OPPO Reno4 Pro comes with a slightly bigger display at 6.5-inch compared to the standard’s 6.4-inch. HDR 10 support is also lacking from the latter.

Aside from that, one of the biggest difference between the two is the charger that’s included in their packaging. The OPPO Reno4 comes with a VOOC 30W fast charger as opposed to the Pro’s SuperVOOC 2.0 65W brick.

Pokdepinion: From my experience from using both devices, they are actually decent smartphones. Originally I thought that it would be better if OPPO offered them at a lower price. We’re getting that now but I’m not sure if that’s enough for consumers to find attractive. What do you think?
