Qualcomm has recently filed a lawsuit against Transsion Holdings, the parent company of Infinix and Tecno, accusing the company of violating its intellectual property rights. The lawsuit, which was filed in India, highlights a significant legal battle in the tech industry.
Qualcomm’s Legal Action Against Transsion Holdings
According to the Financial Times, Qualcomm alleges that Transsion Holdings has not obtained the necessary licenses for the majority of its mobile products.
