Samsung Galaxy S23 FE Confirmed to Feature Exynos 2200 Chipset

Rumours about the Galaxy S23 FE utilizing Samsung’s Exynos chipset have been circulating for some time, and the benchmark results further solidify this information. Last year’s Galaxy S22 line in Europe featured the Exynos 2200, while the S23 models this year opted for Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. However, multiple sources suggest that the S23 FE will stick with the Exynos 2200 globally.

Following the release of the S21 FE in January 2022, which offered two versions powered by either the Snapdragon 888 or the Exynos 2100, Samsung’s decision to equip the S23 FE with the Exynos 2200 seems logical. The Exynos 2200 serves as the successor to the Exynos 2100 found in certain variants of the S21 FE. It is worth noting that Samsung chose to skip the S22 FE entirely.
