First reported by WinFuture, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip3 will allegedly be having a 1.9-inch cover display with a 260 x 512 resolution and a 120Hz 6.7-inch main display with a resolution of 1080 x 2640 when unfolded. The glass rear which folds in half is said to be covered in Gorilla Glass Victus.

The report also says that it will be powered by the Snapdragon 888 SoC, which coincides with earlier leaks and rumors. Together with that, it’s expected to have 8GB RAM and either 128GB or 256GB UFS 3.1 internal storage. As for software, it should be coming with Android 11 with the One UI 3.1 skin on top.

Moving on to the camera system, it will allegedly have a dual-rear camera setup consisting of a 12MP f/1.8 main sensor with OIS and a 12MP f/2.2 fixed-focus ultrawide sensor. When unfolded, there will be a 10MP f/2.4 selfie camera with a punchhole notch.

Finally, the report claims that it will have a retail price of €1,099 / $1,099 and available in Phantom Black, Cream, and Lavender color options. We do not know if these details are accurate but we will have to wait until Galaxy Unpacked on 11th August 2021 to find out for sure. We will report more on this as information becomes available so stay tuned.

Pokdepinion: If this is accurate, it does look very promising. Sure, the battery may seem a little small but the Snapdragon 888 is quite efficient and having it flipped close would save quite a bit of battery. Can’t wait to test it out myself.
