The eagerly awaited vivo X100 and X100 Pro, initially launched exclusively in China last month, are now poised to make their global debut. The global launch event is scheduled for December 14, as confirmed by vivo through its official website. The smartphones have been available for pre-order since November 24, with the launch event set to commence at 7 PM, although the specific time zone remains undisclosed.

Powered by the Dimensity 9300 SoC, the vivo X100 and X100 Pro boast impressive features, with variations primarily found in the camera and battery departments. The vivo X100 is equipped with a substantial 5,000 mAh battery that supports rapid 120W wired charging. In contrast, the X100 Pro houses a 5,400 mAh cell, offering 100W wired charging and an additional 50W wireless charging capability.
Both smartphones feature a triple camera setup on the rear, sharing a 50MP ultrawide camera. However, distinctions arise in the primary and periscope telephoto cameras. The X100 incorporates a 50MP 1/1.49″ primary camera and a 64MP 70mm periscope telephoto unit with 3x optical zoom.
