The vivo X200 FE features a primary 50MP ZEISS camera powered by a Sony IMX921 sensor, along with an M-shaped periscope lens system (courtesy of Sony IMX882 sensor) for telephoto ranging from 23mm to 100mm zoom. As before, the ZEISS partnership means the smartphone comes included with specialized bokeh effects and cinematic flare rendering developed by the German optics giant.

The device is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ chipset with 12GB LPDDR5X memory, 512GB UFS 3.1 storage, and comes with a 6,500mAh battery that supports 90W fast charging. vivo claims it can deliver up to 9.5 hours of gaming or 25.4 hours of video playback on a full charge. The U8 AMOLED display meanwhile features a resolution of 2640 x 1216 with up to 120Hz refresh rate and 1800 nits max brightness (or 5000 nits local peak). In terms of durability, the X200 FE is rated for IP68/IP69 ingress protection, along with SGS Triple Protection Certification.
