New Garmin Tactix Delta Solar Edition Launched In Malaysia
Garmin has just announced the release of the Garmin Tactix Delta Solar Edition smartwatch in Malaysia. This new smartwatch is designed primarily for military use and can handle extreme rough and tumble situations. It features significantly increased battery life than the previous generation and new functionalities including mountain biking, climbing, skiing and golf activities.
The new Garmin Tactix Delta Solar Edition smartwatch is built to military specifications (MIL-STD-810), making it extremely durable. It also has solar charging and Power Manager mode, allowing it to last up to 21 days indoors and up to 24 days when exposed to enough sunlight.
Garmin’s new solar-powered smartwatch has a 1.4-inch always-on display, scratch-resistant sapphire lens, black DLC-coated steel bezel, black PVD-coated steel back cover, and all-new military-inspired black tactical nylon QuickFit band with reinforced stitching and exposed black metal hardware.
The smartwatch also has night-vision capabilities, with a screen that can be read by night-vision goggles that can transition between day and night views. It also eliminates location sharing and wireless connectivity in stealth mode, as well as providing a kill switch that wipes all user memories.
Topographic maps for outdoor excursions, ski maps for over 2,000 ski resorts globally, and golf course maps for over 41,000 golf courses are all included with the Garmin Tactix Delta Solar Edition.
