ESL One Returns To Malaysia This December, US$1,000,000 Prize Pool Up For Grabs
ESL is announcing the return of ESL One event to Malaysia this year – the event is set to be held in December 11-17, 2023, with the world-class Dota 2 tournament featuring top 12 esports teams around the globe to win the million-dollar prize pool (~RM4.6 million).
This year’s event will shift the location from Genting to Kuala Lumpur, this time instead will take place in Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC) for the playoff matches in December 15-17, featuring the double elimination format. Competing teams will be revealed at a later date, says ESL.
Wave 1 tickets are now on sale, pricing starts at RM149 (3-day general admission). This basic tier enables access to all Playoffs matches in December 15, 16 and 17, as well as signing sessions. The RM349 Plus 3-Day ticket adds Bounty Bag on top of existing benefits; and for the Premium 3-Day ticket holders (costs RM549), they’ll get Premium Bounty Bag, Premium Attendee badge and seating closest to the players, in front of the infield, plus all benefits from lower tiers.
