The Grand Finals lineup will consist of seven teams from Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines, along with one representative each from Indonesia, Thailand, and a combined team representing Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau. For players based in Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines, the competition begins with open registration and progresses through several stages before reaching the Grand Finals. Registration runs from 8 to 21 September, with teams of four to five players able to sign up online, closing at 11:59pm (GMT+8) on 21 September.

Following registration, Qualifiers will take place from 26 September to 4 October in a single-elimination format, with one round per map. The Group Stage, scheduled for 10 and 11 October, will see 40 teams drawn into four groups of 10, with the top five teams from each group advancing to the Playoffs, narrowing the field to 20 teams.

The Playoffs, running from 17 to 18 October, will have the 20 remaining teams compete across eight maps, with the seven highest-ranked teams progressing to the Grand Finals. The Grand Finals, held on 7 and 8 November, will feature competition across up to 12 maps over two days, using a newly introduced “EndGame Protocol” format. Under this system, teams must first reach a designated points threshold to become eligible for the championship before winning a map to secure the title, with the tournament concluding as soon as an eligible team claims a map win.

The tournament marks the first Major dedicated specifically to Call of Duty: Mobile’s Battle Royale mode within the Garena region, offering players a new competitive pathway from open registration through to a major regional stage. The Manila Grand Finals will also represent the second offline regional Call of Duty: Mobile – Garena tournament held in the Philippines this year, following the Garena Summer Invitational 2026 held in May.
