On the official Xbox Game Pass Twitter account, Microsoft has revealed a new perk that’s coming to the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. Subscribers will be getting 2 months of Funimation Premium Plus for free.
For those of you who aren’t aware, Funimation is an anime streaming service which typically costs USD $7.99 per month, or USD $79.99 for yearly subscriptions. The plan will include all the benefits of the premium membership, along with the ability to have up to 5 shared accounts and to download anime series on both iOS and Android. There are a number of notable anime series on Funimation, including Dragon Ball Super, My Hero Academia, Attack on Titan, and more.
This has made the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate a lot more enticing for many gamers. Previously, we knew that EA Play is being added in as well. You’ll also have access to a number of major titles for free as well, such as Resident Evil VII and Doom Eternal.
If you’re looking to get yourself an Xbox Series X / S, you might want to seriously consider subscribing to this. The price is rather affordable and you’ll get a lot for what you’re paying.
Pokdepinion: Since there is a benefit to subscribing as a PC gamer, I am tempted to just subscribing now. I’m just gonna weigh my options for now.
