As revealed on their official Twitter account, Back 4 Blood is moving to their closed alpha phase starting today. For those who have signed up, there is a chance you might receive an invitation to try out an early build of the game.
Registrations for the closed alpha is only available via the game official website. However, it’s only available in selected countries so best to check whether your country is included or not before signing up.
Aside from the trailer seen at The Game Awards 2020, development on this game has been relatively quiet. This made gamers wonder if it ever got cancelled, especially since developer Turtle Rock Studios recently canceled a project called “Invaders”. With the closed alpha now open, its a good way for people to feel reassured that the game is still on track for release.
For now, Back 4 Blood will be running their closed alpha phase from now until 21st December 2020.It’s expected to launch on 22nd June 2021 for the PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X, Xbox One, and PC.
Pokdepinion: I hope this game will be just as fun as its spiritual predecessors. Gotta find friends to play this now.
