miHoYo will always rotate the character banners for gamers to summon, which will always leave people wondering who will be coming next and whether they should save up first or not. In the latest Genshin Impact 2.2 leak, we have an idea of the character banner reruns that will be happening.

As Inazuma takes a Bow, there should be a pretty Chill re-run coming in 2.2 and along with that there’s at least one new character.

Recently, we heard inklings of a character banner rerun alongside a new character in 2.2 from notable leaker UBatcha on Twitter. This piece of information basically confirms it to be true, though its rather vague that it’s hard for it to be wrong to begin with.

As Inazuma takes a Bow, there should be a pretty Chill re-run coming in 2.2 and along with that there’s at least one new character. I’ll be sharing more as and when I can. Keep in mind this is all subject to change.

If you’re familiar with the game, one particular name should come to mind and that’s Ganyu. After all, she’s the only 5-star Cryo and Bow character in the game at the moment. She should be joining together with Aloy from Horizon Zero Dawn.

While a Ganyu rerun has been rumored for some time now, there were no concrete details to reflect that apart from rumors and details extracted by data miners like Dimbreath, who also stated on multiple occasions that there’s no indication of such a thing happening. This new information is the first tangible information we’ve gotten thus far.

Typically when a new major update comes to Genshin Impact, we will learn of new characters coming to the following update in a matter of hours. We’ll just have to wait until 1st September 2021 to find out for sure.
