First up, we have Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, which will be available in both PS4 and PS5 editions, is a highly anticipated addition to the service due to the release of its sequel, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, in March 2023. The game follows former Jedi Padawan Cal Kestis as he hides from the Empire.
Fallout 76, which will only be accessible on the PS4, has seen significant improvements and is now a much more enjoyable experience for players. It offers a large amount of content for newcomers and could be a great choice for those looking for a game to occupy their free time.
Lastly, we have Axiom Verge 2, available on both the PS4 and PS5. It’s an underrated indie game with a focus on combat-based gameplay, designed for those who enjoy challenging 2D games.
All the games in the PS Plus January 2023 free games lineup will be available starting 3rd January 2023 so if you missed out on December’s lineup, you would have to wait until the PlayStation team offers it again.
Pokdepinion: I’m still surprised that the leaks have been accurate for several months straight. It’s not necessarily a bad thing since the lineup is pretty solid, but someone might need to look into how these things get leaked in the first place.
