Moto razr hits the deck with crease-free 6.2″ foldable screen
Now this is how you make a foldable device! Motorola took heavy inspiration from the popular RAZR foldable phones of yore, made it worthy of 2019 and there you have it, the Moto razr.

Instead of the previous attempts at cashing in on the RAZR nostalgia with regular-ish designs, the Moto razr is a true foldable smartphone, with a 6.2″ pOLED screen on the inside. The resolution is rather low at 2142 x 876, but there’s no crease in it thanks to a fancy mechanism which pushes up against the screen to give you a flat screen. At the top is a notch just to keep with the times, housing a 5MP camera and the earpiece.
The Moto razr also folds flat, unlike the Galaxy Fold that came before it. There’s minimal gap in the hinge mechanism, preventing dust from entering. While moving parts generally mean a lack of water resistance, Motorola applied a water-repellent design to protect the device from splashes and spills.

On the outside is a smaller 2.7″ 600 x 800 OLED display that lets you use the phone without having to flip it open. There’s also a 16MP camera under the 2.7″ screen.
