A few days ago MSI revealed a slew of brand new gaming laptops featuring Intel’s 8th generation i7 and i9 processors under the  hood. Unveiled at the MSI Store in BB Park, the three gaming laptop models were the MSI GS65 Stealth Thin, the MSI GE Raider RGB Edition (also known as the GE63/73 Raider RGB Edition) as well as the MSI GT75 Titan.

MSI GS65 Stealth Thin

The MSI GS65 Stealth Thin definitely lives up yo its namesake, it is the first gaming laptop to feature a 144Hz 7ms IPS display
with 4.9mm bezels – achieving a stunning 82 percent screen-to- body ratio. Despite its super thin bezels MSI still managed to somehow squeeze in the webcam at the top of the laptop as opposed to the bottom. This’ll no doubt make things easier and less awkward if you were to stream from the MSI GS65 Stealth Thin.

To power the 144Hz panel, the Stealth Thin is equipped with the latest 8 th generation Intel Core i7 processor as well as a GTX 1070 with
NVIDIA Max-Q technology, which MSI says gains up to a 40 percent performance enhancement over the previous generation. MSI GS65 Stealth Thin utilises the MSI Cooler Boost Trinity cooling design to keep the temperature of the gaming laptop cool.

MSI sought to break all the stereotypes traditionally seen in gaming laptops by giving the GS65 a beautiful and sleek design with gold accents and trims to make even the smallest details of the laptop glint. Despite its thin design and weighing just 1.8KG, the GS65 is packing a large 82W battery which can deliver an impressive 8+ hours of battery life.

The GS65 also features a new per-key RGB keyboard designed by SteelSeries. Furthermore, users can customize each key and receive real-time game status through keyboard lighting. MSI will also be rolling out a massive update for Dragon Center 2.0 that comes with an exclusive gaming mode. The redesign brings a sleek new UI that is intuitive while still offering advanced configurations for power users. The gaming mode now optimizes system performance and game-specific keyboard lighting for a list of supported new titles.

MSI GE Raider RGB Edition

Inspired by sports cars and the PC Master Race’s love for all things RGB, MSI went all out by putting RGB lighting almost everywhere on the GE63/73 Raider RGB Edition. The GE63/73 Raider RGB Edition features 24 separate zones of RGB lighting with more than 16.8 million colours available – on the top cover alone! RGB lighting also makes an appearance on the keyboard and USB ports of the MSI GE63/73 Raider RGB Edition.

The GE Raider RGB Edition is configurable with up to the latest 8 th generation Intel Core i7 processor and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 graphics. Additionally, the Raider equipped with a 120Hz 3ms TN panel which reach IPS-level and high color accuracy. This high performance is cooled by MSI Cooler Boost 5, a cooling design with dual fans and seven copper heats pipes offering the most stable experience on a laptop.

With Nahimic 3, Killer networking, Bluetooth 5.0, and much more, the GE Raider comes with many exclusive features and the latest technology under the hood. Both gamers and power users alike can take advantage of the well-refined powerful laptop to enjoy huge boost in gaming experience and productivity. The MSI GE63/73 Raider RGB Edition will definitely appeal to those who prefer flashy things as well as lovers of all things RGB.

GT75 Titan with i9 Hexacore Processor

The MSI GT75 Titan is definitely a beast of a laptop. Heck, I’d rather call it a mobile desktop rather than a laptop because this monster features the world’s first Core i9 overclocked processor ever in a gaming laptop. Combined with MSI’s Cooler Boost Titan cooling
design, the six-core 12-thread configuration results in up to a 70 percent performance leap over the previous Core i7. The extra cores are especially beneficial for gamers who stream their gameplay, or for advanced multitasking workloads.

The new processor improves performance by almost 20 percent compared to the previous generation. The new Stealth Pro laptops also feature 102 keys of per-key RGB lighting, smaller fan blades, Dynaudio Certified speakers, upgraded Killer 1550 and Bluetooth v5, and Dragon Center 2.0.
