New Lineup Of Ray-Traced Games From Gamescom 2019
NVIDIA and their partners kick off Gamescom 2019 by premiering a wide list of AAA games that support ray tracing in Cologne, Germany.
Dying Light 2
The highly anticipated open world action RPG Dying Light 2 will feature real-time ray tracing, taking immersion in the world of the infected set within a Modern Dark Age to the next level.
Metro Exodus – The Two Colonels (DLC)
Coming in as a downloadable content, NVIDIA, 4A Games, and Deep Silver are adding ray-traced global illumination with emissive lighting.
NVIDIA and the game’s developer, Mojang are adding a form of ray tracing known as path tracing for the Windows 10 version of the game. When released, players will be able to build, create, as well as explore their Minecraft worlds in stunning realism with real-time ray tracing.
Tencent’s very own games development studio has partnered with NVIDIA to unveil their AAA game that of course, feature ray tracing technology. It is a brand new franchise that will use ray-traced reflections and shadows in a new twist on PvPvE that has players fighting each other while surviving 1000+ Nano Zombies.
In addition to the list, we will also see the likes of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, Control, Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodline 2, Watch Dogs: Legion, Wolfenstein: Youngblood, and also Cyberpunk 2077, which all have been revealed already.
Pokdepinion: To be honest, out of all the games, I’m only waiting for Dying Light 2. The previous title was so much fun! Not to forget, Cyberpunk 2077 too..
