Nokia Announce Prices Post To SST – Maintains Majority Of Them

HMD Global has announced that prices of their devices will remain unchanged for majority of their Nokia smartphones post to SST.

Previously, brands such as Xiaomi has announced updates towards their smartphone prices due to the recent implementation of SST. This time around, Nokia has released their latest price list which sees most of their devices stay in the same price tag, while a few see changes.

Here’s the list of Nokia smartphones available officially here in Malaysia as well as their new prices:

• Nokia 8 – RM1,875 (unchanged)
• Nokia 7 Plus – RM1,600 (unchanged)
• Nokia 6.1 – RM1,169 (RM1,100 before SST)
• Nokia 6 – RM850 (unchanged)
• Nokia 5 – RM660 (unchanged)
• Nokia 3.1 – RM655 (unchanged)
• Nokia 3 – RM470 (unchanged)
• Nokia 2.1 – RM435 (RM415 before SST)
• Nokia 2 – RM375 (unchanged)
• Nokia 1 – RM285 (unchanged)
• Nokia 8110 – RM299 (RM285 before SST)

The new prices takes affect starting from today in all authorized Nokia retailers in Malaysia.

Pokdepinion: Great to see that not a lot of devices were changed in terms of their prices. Hats off to HMD/Nokia for absorbing some of the taxes for their customers.
