New Resident Evil 4 Remake Discovery Has Fans Worried
Some new discoveries on the upcoming Resident Evil 4 Remake game has a number of fans worried how the game might turn out.
Resident Evil 4 Remake Microtransactions
According to details stemming from the Entertainment Software Ratings Boards (ESRB), Resident Evil 4 Remake will include some form of in-game purchases. As for what sort of microtransaction is available in the game, that is still unknown at this point in time.
Resident Evil 4 Remake was reviewed by the ESRB and given the M rating for mature audiences only. This isn’t a surprise given its content depicting blood, gore, violence, and strong language. The board has examined the content of the game, which is how details of the game’s in-game purchases came about.
There is a chance that it could be limited to just purchasing extra equipment and supplies, or it could be something specifically for a potential multiplayer portion of the game, which has yet to be confirmed. The reason why people thought here could be a multiplayer mode is because they included it in the Resident Evil 3 remake.
Resident Evil 4 Remake will be coming to the PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X, and PC on 24th March 2023.
Pokdepinion: It’s no surprise to see it being included in the game but as long as it’s not necessary to complete the game, I have no problems with it. Imagine buying a game that is pay-to-win, and then imagine the amount of outrage engulfing the community.
