Gamers who grew up playing Spyro the Dragon got the opportunity to relive their childhood memories with the release of Spyro Reignited Trilogy. However, not all gamers were able to play it as it was only made available for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. It appears that the game may indeed be coming to the Nintendo Switch soon.
According to Twitter user @SpyroUniverse, they have found that GameStop Germany has a listing for Spyro Reignited Trilogy for the Nintendo Switch. The listing also mentioned that the game will be coming out on 16th August 2019.
However, we have received no official word from Toys for Bob or Activision, so we will have to take this information with a grain of salt for now. If it’s true, then great. Otherwise, we’ll just hope for the best for an eventual release.
For those of you who are wondering, there has been no word on a PC release for the game yet.
Spyro Reignited Trilogy is already out for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. This remastered collection includes the first three games in the series; Spyro the Dragon, Spyro 2: Ripto’s Rage, and Spyro: Year of the Dragon.
Pokdepinion: If it actually does pop up for the Nintendo Switch, I really hope it can do 60 FPS overall.
