After a long wait, Nihon Falcom and NIS America has officially announced the release date for The Legend of Heroes: Trails Into Reverie.

NIS America, and Nihon Falcom in extension, recently published a new story trailer for The Legend of Heroes: Trails Into Reverie. In the trailer, it was confirmed that the game will be launching on 7th July 2023.
Trails Into Reverie is a role-playing game that is part of the Legend of Heroes series. It was released in Japan in 2020 and is set to be released in the Western world in the future. The game features more than 50 playable characters from across the series, including old antagonists and new characters.
It also includes a “Crossroads” system that allows players to choose between three distinct story routes, each with a different protagonist. The first route follows Rean Schwarzer, the protagonist of the Cold Steel series and hero of the Erebonian continent. The second route focuses on the epilogue of Lloyd Bannings and the Crossbell Special Support Section. The third route introduces a new, mysterious masked character named “C”.
Trails Into Reverie introduces a new battle feature called United Front, which allows players to use an abundance of characters to gain an advantage in battle. It requires at least five to ten characters and allows players to use helpful arts and attacks, as well as replenish their party action points more quickly.
The game also includes the True Reverie Corridor, a randomly generated dungeon that allows players to encounter and use characters from all over the continent of Zemuria, the main region where the story takes place.
Pokdepinion: I’ve been waiting for this for so long. I was expecting it to be launched this year and the wait after Cold Steel 4 was grueling. Hopefully, the entry after that won’t take so long to launch.
