Warner Bros Expected to Release Their Own Game Console
The folks over at Warner Bros Interactive Entertainment has officially announced their partnership with indie game developer IO Interactive. This will be for a worldwide publishing and distribution agreement to bring a new game console and PC game experience to players across the globe.

Game studio IO Interactive has two development studios in the Scandinavian region. There’s IOI Copenhagen in Denmark and their newest opening at IOI Malmo in Sweden. Both studios will play an integral role in games development under the new partnership
Over the past few years, Warner Bros. has shown us first-hand that they understand and respect our creative vision, and we’re looking forward to continuing this relationship. IO Interactive has a proud history of creating compelling characters and universes for our players to enjoy, it’s in our DNA.
As we embark on this exciting project to create a new universe for IOI Interactive together with Warner Bros., we’re currently looking for ambitious talent to join our team in our Copenhagen and Malmö studios for this extraordinary journey.

This isn’t the first time that both companies have worked together. Previously, they’ve collaborated on a number of games, most notably the Hitman series with Hitman 2, Hitman: Definitive Edition, and Hitman HD Enhanced Collection.

Pokdepinion: I’m personally not confident as to how a game console by them would work. I’m at least open to new experiences so let’s wait and see how it goes.
