Xiaomi Mi 9 Set For February 20 Unveiling
Great news Xiaomi fans. It seems that the company’s upcoming flagship smartphone, Xiaomi Mi 9, has finally gotten itself an official launch date – 20th of February 2019.
The news was revealed through Xiaomi’s Weibo account, where it featured TFBoys’ Roy Wang holding the device, confirming the triple rear camera setup.

In the vertical arranged camera setup, the LED flash is positioned underneath the three cameras. According to Xiaomi’s Twitter account where they reveal a teaser, the first lens will be a depth sensor, followed by its main lens, and finally a wide-angle lens to complete the trio.
Other than that, it is expected that the Xiaomi Mi 9 will come with a Snapdragon 855 SoC and it could start with 6GB+128GB RAM to begin with. It is reported that the phone will be priced at CNY2999 (around RM1,801).
