ASUS Republic of Gamers Malaysia has revealed recently of their new Rapture GT-AC2900, an 802.11ac Wi-Fi gaming router that’s designed to feed the needs of gamers everywhere.
The ROG Rapture GT-AC2900 comes with a whole bunch of features that includes triple-level games acceleration, that gives you full control over your network, from your PC to the game server, to reduce ping as well as deliver low-latency gameplay.
For console players, the router provides a simple three-step port forwarding and network management from the ASUS Router smartphone app to make configuring the network for lag-free online gameplay fast and easy.
As for mobile gamers, the ROG Rapture GT-AC2900 supports AIMesh technology (something we covered on our previous PokdeLIVE), ensuring whole-home Wi-Fi coverage. It also features MU-MIMO technology that offers a greater online experience for everyone in multi-gamer households.
It wouldn’t be a proper ROG product if it didn’t feature RGB lighting now wouldn’t it? Well worry not, as it does indeed comes with a unique slash-cut design as well as Aura Sync. The lighting also acts as an indicator on Game Boost, GeForce NOW, and DFS channel status.
