LG Electronics has introduced its latest range of home appliances at IFA 2024, featuring industry-leading energy efficiency. Designed to align with the European Union’s carbon neutrality targets and the REPowerEU plan, the new products aims to reduce power consumption without compromising performance.

LG’s updated washing machine and dryer further improves on energy efficiency, with the washing machine achieving an A-55 percent energy rating. Equipped with Artificial Intelligence Direct Drive (AI DD), the machine optimizes performance by adjusting motor speed in real-time and features a Microplastic Care cycle to reduce microplastic emissions. Meanwhile, the new dryer complements this with an A+++-26 percent energy rating and AI-powered moisture detection.
The latest LG bottom-freezer refrigerator offers the lowest energy consumption in its category, with an A-25 percent energy rating and a quiet 29dB operation. There’s also the new large-capacity side-by-side refrigerator, complete with features such as UVnano technology and a Craft Ice spherical-ice maker.
In the kitchen, LG’s new built-in InstaView oven boasts A++ energy efficiency, along with AI-driven cooking capabilities and 80 Auto Cook modes. Additionally, the company’s new QuadWash dishwasher, rated at A-20 percent energy efficiency, offers flexible loading options with its Side Rack and 3rd Rack features.
