Meet the new Apple iMac, powered by the company’s new M4 silicon – along with this update, the iMac is available in seven new colors and comes with a 24-inch 4.5K Retina display, now offering a nano-texture glass option to reduce reflections in bright settings.
M4 iMac & Apple Intelligence Launch

New features include an upgraded 12MP Centre Stage camera with Desk View, Thunderbolt 4 for all USB-C ports, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, and Touch ID with fast user-switching. The updated macOS Sequoia introduces features like iPhone Mirroring and enhancements to Safari and the Game Mode for a better overall user experience, along with the introduction of Apple Intelligence starting with version 15.1 update.

Speaking of which – Apple is also opening general availability of Apple Intelligence to iPhones, iPads and Macs, though only US English is available at launch (more languages and localizations to arrive next month and onwards). Some of the new AI-powered features and enhancements include Rewrite, improved Siri, natural language search in Photos app, background object removal, email & chat summarizations, and voice transcriptions via Notes and calls – more will be introduced next month, the company said.
The new iMac lineup offers 16GB, 24GB, and 32GB of unified memory depending on the chosen configuration (which comes in 8-core CPU/GPU and 10-core CPU/GPU variants). Storage starts at 256GB, configurable up to 2TB. For pricing, the 8-core will cost RM5,799, while the 10-core model will be priced at RM6,699.
