Intel Malaysia to donate RM2 million to help fight COVID-19 outbreak here

When it comes to a pandemic, everyone has to pull their weight to help fight it. Whether it’s by Folding@Home or 3D printing protection gear for our valued frontliners, we all have to do our part to overcome it. To that end, Intel Malaysia has committed RM2 million to help healthcare professionals in their fight against COVID-19.

The donations will be used to fight purchase test kits, ventilators, patient monitors and air purifiers by the General Hospitals and other government agencies in Penang and Kedah. In addition to that, they have also donated face masks and hand sanitizers to the General Hospitals, PDRM and other government agencies to protect them from the virus.

Intel Malaysia’s donation is in partnership with the American Malaysian Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM).

Pokdepinion: Thanks Intel Malaysia for such a generous donation!
