ASUS has announced the ROG Swift OLED PG27UCWM and PG32UCWM gaming monitors will be available in Malaysia starting this October. Both are identical internally, with the only difference being the panel sizes – the former has a 26.5-inch OLED panel, while the latter has a 31.5-inch OLED panel.
ASUS ROG Swift OLED PG27UCWM / PG32UCWM
First announced in CES earlier this year, both models feature 4K Tandem RGB OLED panels with RGB Stripe subpixel technology, TrueBlack Glossy coating, and a Dual Mode (DFR) function for switching between 4K 240Hz and FHD 480Hz modes. The panels themselves support 99% DCI-P3 color gamut, true 10-bit color and Delta E<2 accuracy, alongside HDR support.
Both monitors use a RGB Stripe OLED panel that omits the white subpixel found in conventional WOLED panels, which ASUS says results in sharper text edges and more precise color reproduction, along with up to 27% larger color volume at peak luminance levels. The monitors also feature a 0.03ms response time and support Dolby Vision, VESA DisplayHDR 400 True Black certification, while I/O includes DisplayPort 2.1a (UHBR20), HDMI 2.1, and USB-C with 90-watt Power Delivery for single-cable connections to compatible laptops.
The monitors use GaNFET-based power supply technology, which is said to reduce waste heat by nearly 35% and lowers vent temperature by 10% compared to previous OLED monitors without the technology. With less heat, this means extended panel lifespan, all while maintaining the same panel brightness and performance characteristics. An updated Neo Proximity Sensor offers five adjustable motion sensitivity levels and a configurable Auto Away timer, set between 1 and 15 minutes, after which the screen automatically switches to a static background image. These OLED Care Pro features can be managed through the ASUS DisplayWidget Center software.
On theme with today’s tech landscape, both monitors also include ASUS Display Control CLI and Agent Skill, which allow compatible AI agents to adjust multiple monitor settings, such as brightness, color temperature, gamma and blue light filtering, based on natural-language requests – if pressing buttons is somehow too difficult, that is. The CLI executes these commands locally, with the AI agent translating user requests into supported monitor actions.
The ASUS ROG Swift OLED PG27UCWM and ROG Swift OLED PG32UCWM will be available in Malaysia around October 2026, though pricing details have not yet been disclosed at this time.
