ASUS ProArt Line Now Includes GPUs, Starting With RTX 4080 and RTX 4070 Ti
As with other ProArt products, it features a more understated design.
ASUS’s graphics card roster officially welcomes a new name with the new ProArt series of RTX 40 GPUs. This fourth model line will include RTX 4080 and RTX 4070 Ti, both featuring relatively slim 2.5-slot designs. These GPUs are only 300mm long, which the company claims is ‘two of the shortest’ RTX 40 GPUs on the market, and touts mini-ITX compatibility in some cases (pun not intended).
Each of the ProArt models comes with two variants, with the standard model and the overclocked OC Edition models. Dual-BIOS mode allows for overclocks up to 2625MHz for the RTX 4080 OC model, whereas the RTX 4070 Ti OC Edition clocks up to 2760MHz at its maximum configuration. Apart from that, these models are otherwise identical in specs.
Since these are professional-focused models, RGBs are understandably absent here. Just like other ASUS RTX 40 models, these GPUs will be supported by the GPU Tweak III software which provides various aspects of GPU tuning, including overclock, wattage limit and fan speed controls. ASUS says the Profile Connect feature can be linked to each individual applications for different GPU profiles.
These GPUs will come with NVIDIA RTX Studio drivers, plus ASUS is offering three free months of Adobe Creative Cloud for select regions. No pricing has been announced so far – both international and local markets – so stay tuned for updates.
Pokdepinion: Not surprising RTX 4090 didn’t make the cut here, we all know how much cooling that needs.
