ASUS Brought ROG Strix, DUAL & ProArt To RTX 4060 Lineup
ASUS’s entry for NVIDIA’s latest GeForce RTX 4060 GPU consists of three families: the premium ROG Strix line, the entry-level DUAL (and DUAL White) line, and the creator-focused ProArt line. TUF Gaming didn’t make the cut for this launch, however.
The ROG Strix RTX 4060 continues to be the uber-premium, uber-sized and uber-expensive option with the huge 3.1-slot, 311.4mm footprint commanding its presence in most people’s PC builds. The Strix nameplate also meant it comes with new 11-blade axial fans with 21% more volume over outgoing design; Dual BIOS switch, FanConnect II headers and the signature “taillights” as the common theme of ROG’s RTX 40 GPUs.
Down the line comes the ProArt and DUAL lineup, the latter of which comes with two colors: black or white. ASUS hasn’t given any details on the ProArt model aside from the inclusion of three-month Adobe Creative Cloud subscription; meanwhile the DUAL lineup features the same Dual-BIOS mode and 11-blade axial fans seen in other models, though it comes at a significantly shorter size at just 227mm.
As for local availability and pricing, ASUS Malaysia has only announced two models for now – the ROG STRIX RTX 4060 will cost you RM1,999 whereas the black-colored DUAL RTX 4060 will set you back for RM1,539.
Pokdepinion: Wonder what would a 115W card look like in ProArt flavors? Hopefully a dual-slot.
