Latest Intel Arc Driver Massively Boosts Framerates By Up To 119%

Intel has been catching up on driver side of things for its Arc GPUs, given it’s a late player in the graphics card scene. The company has been steadily making progress, and the latest update, version number 4885, has varying levels of framerate improvements in DX12 and DX11 titles, some of which even doubled in performance with the new driver.

The improvements this time around varies from +5% courtesy of Naraka: Bladepoint (DX11) all the way up to Deus Ex: Human Revolution (DX11), which gained a massive 119% performance boost. Other titles such as the newly-released Forza Motorsport (as part of the Game On driver suite) gained 19%, while Resident Evil 4 gained 27% in ray-tracing-enabled DXR API. The full list of improvements are as follows (list courtesy of Videocardz):

Pokdepinion: I imagine the comparison of the same card to its result just a year ago would be huge.
