ZOTAC has announced the launch of its GeForce RTX 5060 Ti cards in 16GB and 8GB variants, along with GeForce RTX 5060. Notably, all cards come equipped with a single 8-pin PCIe connector, avoiding the drama of the infamous 16-pin connector entirely (although cases of non-RTX 5090 cards with damaged 12V-2×6 connectors has been exceedingly rare).

Unlike other AIB makers, ZOTAC’s new lineup focuses on smaller card footprint and has no triple-fan cards at all – the full range consists of AMP and Twin Edge (OC and non-OC variants) for RTX 5060 Ti cards, while the upcoming RTX 5060 will be available in Twin Edge OC and SOLO variants only.

The AMP model features a dual BladeLink fan system, IceStorm 2.0 cooling solution, and a 2-slot footprint, while Twin Edge models share the same cooling configuration and dimensions “with a more subdued look” (in reality, you only lose the copper color accents). For even smaller cards, there’s the SOLO variant exclusive to RTX 5060, featuring single-fan layout designed for small form-factor (SFF) PCs.

ZOTAC says additional enhancements include the use of a metal backplate for added card rigidity, as well as FREEZE fan stop technology in selected models to reduce noise and extend fan lifespan. The new FireStorm utility software for the RTX 50 series provides an updated interface for tuning GPU settings including clock speed, voltage, fan profiles, and memory frequency.

Pokdepinion: Honestly I’m having a hard time telling AMP and Twin Edge models apart this time around.
