ASUS Z690 motherboards start from RM1289
ASUS Malaysia has just announced the pricing of their Intel Z690 motherboards, ranging from the TUF Gaming Z690-PLUS WiFi D4, all the way to the ROG Maximus Z690 Formula. These motherboards are designed to support all the 12th Gen Intel Core, all the way up to 16-core, 24-thread Intel Core i9-12900K, with their high performance power delivery and substantial cooling across the motherboard.
As you would expect from all Intel Z690 motherboards, ASUS is packing the boards will full support for DDR5, and also developed the hardware and firmware to enable more extensive memory overclocking. ASUS worked with major DDR5 vendors including ADATA, Kingston, KLEVV and Teamgroup to ensure maximum compatibility and stability. There are also DDR4 options as well, for gamers who do not wish to make the jump to DDR5 just yet.
ASUS also offers a very exclusive feature with the ASUS Z690 motherboards, with them supporting both LGA1200 and LGA1700 cooler mounting points. If you already have an awesome cooler, you can reuse them easily with all the ASUS Z690 motherboards, as the LGA1200 mounting points are shared with the LGA115X socket, which means that virtually any cooler from as far back as 2010 can be mounted onto your ASUS Z690 motherboard!
