Kingston Launches Two New DataTraveler USB Drives for On-The-Go Storage
Both models come with capacities of up to 256GB.
Kingston has expanded its DataTraveler range with the addition of two new USB drives: the DataTraveler Exodia Onyx and the DataTraveler 80 M. Both drives are available in capacities up to 256GB (with 64GB and 128GB options also available) and come with a limited five-year warranty.
The Kingston DataTraveler Exodia Onyx is a USB 3.2 Gen 1 compliant flash drive that features a sleek matte black casing with a sliding cap that protects the USB connector and data while not in use. The drive is lightweight and reliable, with a keyring loop for easy tethering.
The Kingston DataTraveler 80 M is a high-performance flash drive that works with USB Type-C devices, including Mac systems, without the need for an adapter. It has read speeds rated up to 200MB/s; design wise, it features a sliding cap design that protects the connector without the risk of losing the cap, as well as integrated keyring loop.
Pokdepinion: 200MB/s is quite decent for a USB drive actually.
