Mudah.my, FinHero, and RHB Banking Group have announced a strategic partnership to introduce advanced financial solutions for the automotive industry. This collaboration aims to enhance accessibility and convenience for auto loan seekers through Malaysia’s first integrated auto finance experience.
Mudah Wants Auto Financing Simpler For Everyone
The marketplace company also introduced online instant financing approval that aims to simplify the loan process, with RHB as the inaugural financial partner – though there are plans to include more banks in the future. This service is expected to significantly improve conversion rates (the metric that determine the ratio of customers completing a purchase) for dealers by reducing the time required for loan approvals.
Earlier this year, Mudah.my launched Auto Mall that aims to “redefine the online car buying experience” in Malaysia. Auto Mall offers comprehensive financing assistance, the company says, which helps buyers secure competitive financing options; the platform also provides a centralized marketplace with a diverse selection of certified cars and expert guidance to help buyers find the vehicle they need.
