CelcomDigi, through its Arena CelcomDigi platform, has partnered with ZK Racing Team to support MotoMini Malaysia, a grassroots program aimed at developing the next generation of Malaysian motorcycle racing talent. The collaboration seeks to encourage greater youth participation in motorcycle racing while providing structured coaching, competition exposure, and mentoring opportunities from established Malaysian riders Hakim Danish and Qabil Irfan.

As part of the MotoMini Malaysia partnership, two promising young riders will be selected and supported in their racing journey. They will have the opportunity to gain insights directly from Hakim Danish and Qabil Irfan through dedicated mentoring and sharing sessions, drawing on the riders’ experience competing at the highest levels of international motorcycle racing.

MotoMini Malaysia is open to riders as young as six years old – the program provides a structured development pathway that begins at the grassroots level and progresses through increasingly competitive tiers of racing. Standout participants may eventually earn opportunities to compete on international platforms, including the FIM MiniGP World Final held in Valencia, Spain.

ZK Racing was founded by Zulfahmi Khairuddin, a former Malaysian motorcycle racing professional. “MotoMini Malaysia was established to give young riders the opportunity to learn, compete and develop from an early age. By partnering with CelcomDigi, we hope to attract more young Malaysians to take up the sport and equip aspiring riders with the exposure and guidance needed to advance in their racing journey. Ultimately, our goal is to develop a stronger pipeline of talent capable of competing with the very best on the international stage,” he said.

CelcomDigi’s Head of Brand and Marketing Services, Chan May Ling, said: “Through our partnership with ZK Racing Team and MotoMini Malaysia, alongside our ongoing support for riders such as Hakim Danish and Qabil Irfan, we hope to inspire more young Malaysians to pursue their passion for motorsports and believe in how far they can go. Together, we are committed to nurturing the country’s future racing talent by connecting them to the opportunities, exposure and experiences they need to thrive and one day compete on the world stage.”
