TikTok Invites Malaysians To #KongsiBersama This Ramadan Season, With Prizes To Win
As we’re nearing the Ramadan and Raya season, TikTok is calling all Malaysians to unleash their creativity through #KongsiBersama, a dedicated video fest celebrating the best Ramadan-Raya moments. Running from March 5th to March 24th, 2024, the platform’s local creators are invited to showcase their unique Ramadan & Raya experiences.
Creators can submit videos in six categories:
- #KongsiPOV: Personal Ramadan & Raya journey
- #KongsiCerita: Reflective stories, or choices of movies and shows that inspire
- #KongsiSelera: The taste of tradition and must-haves for Iftar and Raya
- #KongsiFitCheck: Fashion and beauty that stands out
- #KongsiTips: Lifestyle hacks for a transformative Ramadan season
- #KongsiJer: Anything and everything that inspires
To enter, creators must post a video by March 24th, 2024, with the official hashtag #KongsiBersama and the relevant category hashtag. Videos should be set to public and adhere to the stipulated community guidelines to qualify.
Six creators per category will be shortlisted, and winners will be selected by a panel of judges and audience votes. Each winner receives a cash reward of RM1,500, a content creation toolkit that includes the Realme 12 5G smartphone (worth RM1,499), exclusive opportunities to join the TikTok Creator Program, and a TikTok merchandise package. Aside from that, TikTok is also introducing #JomSedekah donation stickers this Ramadan season. The donation stickers will “enable users to support selected NGOs through an innovative way, further fostering a spirit of sharing this holy season,” the company wrote.
