WhatsApp now shows bigger images and videos in your chat

I am pretty sure all of us have been trolled by some of our friends who think they are funny, sending long images that reveal something else when they are opened. I guess they won’t get to play with that much after this, as WhatsApp’s latest update will show a larger view of the image or video sent to you.

Previously, WhatsApp proffers a cropped image preview to keep things cleaner in your chat, which does have its advantages to keep the chat neater, but I guess seeing the full picture was more important to people. After this, users won’t have to tap on the images in their chats to see the full picture, which makes it easier to quickly respond to images.
