CelcomDigi has updated its roaming pass offerings with more affordable options for both prepaid and postpaid customers. The updated plans now start from RM10, with coverage across up to 95 destinations worldwide. No minimum plan commitment is required, meaning all CelcomDigi customers are eligible regardless of their existing prepaid or postpaid plan.

New CelcomDigi Roaming Passes

All refreshed prepaid and postpaid roaming passes include up to 30 minutes of free calls to Malaysia and within the destination country. Customers can pre-book passes up to 14 days before departure through the CelcomDigi app.

The passes support multi-destination roaming across three zones: Singapore, Indonesia and Thailand (SIT); a newly introduced Asia Zone; and a Worldwide zone, allowing connectivity across multiple countries under a single pass. Connectivity is available from the moment of arrival without the need to swap SIM cards, install eSIM profiles, or purchase local SIMs; seamless 5G roaming is also supported in eligible destinations.

For prepaid customers, roaming starts from RM10 with fixed high-speed data quotas – customers can choose their preferred pass and data quota, with the option to top up data as needed during travel. Postpaid customers get unlimited roaming from RM30, with unlimited 5G data for navigation, video calls, streaming, and sharing content while abroad. Eligible postpaid customers on the Postpaid 5G 120 plan and above also receive 50% savings on selected roaming passes. Frequent travelers can opt for monthly roaming plans from RM20/month with a contract, or RM40/month without a contract.

Customers can subscribe to roaming passes via the CelcomDigi app under the Roaming section, or by dialling *800# while overseas. Postpaid roaming information is available at the CelcomDigi Postpaid Roaming page, and prepaid options at the CelcomDigi Prepaid Roaming page.
