CelcomDigi held its annual Customer Day 2026 initiative, bringing employees across the organization face-to-face with customers at key locations nationwide. The event allowed staff to directly engage with the telco’s base of more than 20 million users and gain a clearer understanding of their evolving expectations.
CelcomDigi Customer Day 2026

Customer Day is an ongoing annual tradition designed to bridge the gap between CelcomDigi’s workforce and the customers they serve. “Insights gathered through these direct engagements also complement customer feedback and data collected through other channels, providing a more comprehensive understanding of customer priorities,” the company said.
CelcomDigi’s Chief Executive Officer, Albern Murty, said: “Customer Day is one of the most meaningful traditions at CelcomDigi because it gives us the opportunity to personally thank our customers. As Malaysia’s largest telecommunications provider, we recognize the responsibility that comes with keeping Malaysians connected and delivering experiences they can rely on.”

“On this day, our entire workforce comes together to turun padang (go to the ground) and listen to customers, whose voices remind us that behind every connection is a customer with unique needs, expectations and aspirations. These engagements help us improve our products and services, while reinforcing a customer-first culture, as customers are the lifeblood of our network.”
